  • Designed for high school students in leadership positions, scout troops, youth groups
  • What makes a good leader?
  • Discussion of personal values, standards, and boundaries
  • Four types of people: which are you?
  • Learning effective communication (in person and electronic)
  • Self-confidence and resilience
  • Meditation rescue! Regain your composure with breathing and affirmations
  • 90- minute Zoom course
  • Participants receive course notes and teachers/group leaders will receive access to the recorded session for a limited time after

Meditation and Mindfulness for Moms and Daughters

  • We will use the book “The Mindful Teen” by Dr. Dzung Vo as well as Coach Marianne’s program designed from her training, teaching, and personal experiences.

  • SMART goals: what are they and how to set them
  • Navigating the college social scene: dating, roommates, Greek life or other social clubs
  • Social media: balancing personal and public life
  • $100/young woman
  • Two 75-minute sessions, a week apart
  • Open-air class, socially-distanced and masked, limited to 8 participants

  • Workshop includes handouts, journal and one 30-minute private phone consultation after the session.
