Natural Vitality Calm

I personally use Natural Vitality Calm about an hour before bed to help my mind slow down and to assist with sleep. I have found it to be excellent for reducing night time anxiety. Just mix with 2-3 ounces of water, let it fizz, and drink. The flavor is raspberry-lemon and it tastes pleasant. No artificial anything!
